Shipping Information
Free shipping is offered to only customers in India.

For shipping outside India: (1) no shipping charges will be applicable on orders exceeding INR 15,000, (2) a flat shipping charge of INR 2000 would be applicable on all orders below INR 15000.

Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.

Delivery Timelines

For products that are ready to ship, delivery will take at least 7 days and up to 30 days for made to order for both India and International locations.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Jewellery once sold can only be cancelled, exchanged for replacement or returned for refund by dropping an email to us within 24 hours of delivery. No requests placed beyond this period would be eligible.

Returns and exchanges are only applicable in India. All International sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Product Care

To care for your products please clean and polish it with a soft cloth and store it separately away from moisture. Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture, excessive force or extreme temperature to maintain lustre.
