Return and Cancellation Policy

Jewellery once sold can only be cancelled, exchanged for replacement, or returned by emailing us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only within India.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or coupon codes only, not to bank accounts.

Product Care

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

• Avoid direct sunlight storage. Store your jewellery in a cool, shaded space.
• Avoid storing in velvet or foam; use muslin or zip-lock pouches to keep humidity away.
• Avoid wearing your pieces in pools, hot tubs, or while bathing to prevent tarnish.
• Wear your scent or lotion before your jewels - never after - to keep the plating radiant.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt, oils, and fingerprints.
  
• Never store near camphor or incense; their vapours react with metals and stones, causing dullness.
